At Gyolondon, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and straightforward as possible for our customers.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, so it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Cancellation After Shipping

If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund. Please do not refuse delivery of the package, as this can cause delays and additional fees.

Cancelled Orders Due to Inventory or Shipping Issues

In some cases, we may need to cancel an order due to inventory or shipping issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled and a refund is issued, it may take 5-12 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in processing the refund by your financial institution.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

If you used a gift card or store credit to pay for your cancelled order, we will issue a new gift card or store credit for the full amount. This gift card or store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Cancelled Orders with Discounts or Promotions

If your cancelled order had a discount or promotion applied, the discount or promotion will be removed and cannot be applied to a future order.
