1. Order Changes & Cancellations
Most of our products are custom-made and enter production soon after purchase.
- You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After 12 hours, production may begin, and changes may not be possible.
We encourage customers to double-check product details — including size, color, and delivery information — before completing checkout.
If incorrect shipping information was provided and results in an unsuccessful delivery, please contact us and we will assist in reshipping when the package is returned to us.
2. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a free replacement at no cost to you.
We verify lost orders using the carrier-provided tracking information.
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns for items that meet the conditions below:
Eligible reasons for return or replacement:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- Incorrect size, color, or style compared to your order
- Printing issues (blurry, damaged, off-center)
- Package contents not matching the order
To request a return or replacement, please provide:
- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
Return conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Important:
If the correct size or style was produced based on your selection during checkout, we may not be able to offer a return for buyer error.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are sent to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund timeline:
- Processing time after approval: 3–5 business days
- Bank posting time may vary depending on your provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Situations eligible for a full refund:
- Duplicate order
- Order not received within 30 days, and tracking does not show delivery
- Verified defective or incorrect item (per Return Policy)
If a replacement is sent, you do not need to return the defective item unless instructed otherwise.

Once approved, return the item within 30 days using the address we provide.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the issue was our fault.
