Shipping & Fulfillment — Gyolondon Shop
All items on Gyolondon Shop are made to order. When you place an order, we produce that item individually for you to ensure the best possible quality.
We partner with a global network of trusted manufacturers and carriers to deliver your order. Your Estimated Arrival = Production time + Shipping time. Production time is the time we need to make, inspect, and package your order. Shipping time is the transit time from our fulfillment partner to your address.

Production & Shipping times (typical)
Production and shipping vary by product type, season, and destination.
General guidelines
- Printing / Production (standard): 1–3 business days (February – October)
- Printing / Production (peak season): 3–5 business days (November – January)
- Production time includes personalization, quality control, and packaging.
Example timeline for 2D products
- Processing time (order acceptance + initial prep): 1–3 business days
- Production time (printing & QC): 3–5 business days
- Shipping time (transit): 5–10 business days
Important: Because we work with multiple global printers, your items may ship from different locations and can arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping carriers, costs & destinations
- We ship using major carriers (e.g., UPS, USPS, or equivalent local carriers).
- Shipping fees (if any) are shown in USD at checkout before payment. Shipping options and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders; the final shipping cost will be visible at checkout.
- For international orders, import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not reimbursed by Gyolondon Shop.
Order confirmation & tracking
- After purchase you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary.
- When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and tracking number(s).
- Some orders ship as multiple parcels; you will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
- Please allow 3–7 days after shipment for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking shows no scans yet, it usually means the carrier has not processed the parcel.
Lost, delayed or undelivered parcels
- If tracking indicates your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed, send a replacement at no cost.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- If your order is not received by the Estimated Arrival date, contact [email protected] and we will help.
Incorrect or insufficient shipping address
- Enter the full and correct shipping details at checkout (recipient name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, country, and phone number).
- If you must change the delivery address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours we may not be able to modify delivery details.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, we will request a re-shipping fee before sending it again.
- If you request the carrier to redirect or hold the parcel after it has left our fulfillment partner, Gyolondon Shop cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage that may occur during that redirection.
International shipments & customs
- International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Please check your local customs rules before placing an order to estimate possible additional charges.
